Within the Suite, ADGL defines the governance model, KEE operationalizes governed policies, and ORL evaluates whether work may progress within the applicable evidence, policy and operational context. Each component retains a distinct role and can also be used independently where appropriate.
ADGL
Define policies. Use the implementation-neutral governance framework with your own technical approach or implementation.
KEE
Manage and implement policies. Define, manage, share, implement and monitor policies as a service inside the organization’s perimeter.
ORL
Evaluate reliability and actionability. Determine whether an item is sufficiently supported and permitted to progress to its intended next step, returning an explicit outcome: TRUST, REVISE or REJECT. Items can include classifications, claims, documents, decisions, proposed actions and other workflow outputs.

The suite is not presented as a complete universal platform, certification service, legal-compliance product or production security boundary. Supported scope, integrations and limitations are agreed for each engagement.
