Data services
Start with the data problem you have today.
GBSN can work with the data itself, design the systems around it, implement those systems, add controls where needed, and independently review whether the result works as intended.
01
Process & Analyze
You have data. We help you do something useful with it.
What this can include
Cleaning and consolidation · transformation and structuring · analysis and research · metrics and models · reports, dashboards and datasets · recurring reporting.
Typical outcome: Report, analysis, cleaned dataset, dashboard, model or research output.
02
Design
Understand how data should be structured, transformed and used.
What this can include
Data and source inventory · authority, ownership and trust · models and transformations · flows and processes · retention and sensitivity · human, application, AI and automation use.
Typical outcome: Target architecture, source map, transformation model, operating rules and roadmap.
03
Build
Connect the systems, data and processes needed to make the design real.
What this can include
Pipelines and connectors · APIs and databases · workflows and reporting · cloud and knowledge systems · model integrations · approvals, automation and audit.
Typical outcome: Working infrastructure using your technology, GBSN technology or both.
04
Control
Define rules and make them operate where automation is useful.
What this can include
Source and evidence rules · processing constraints · location and provider restrictions · decision boundaries · action authorization · reusable control packages.
Typical outcome: Controls for existing infrastructure; GBSN software is optional.
05
Assure
Review whether data, systems, controls and AI-assisted outputs behave as intended and are sufficiently reliable for their intended use.
What this can include
Architecture and flow review · transformation testing · AI and automation review · control and audit evaluation · output and evidence reliability · readiness assessment · remediation priorities.
Typical outcome: An evidence-based view of what works, what does not, what requires review and what should change.
Operational reliability
Evaluate whether AI-assisted work has enough evidence and reliability to advance.
The Operational Reliability Layer is a reliability and actionability framework and runtime for evaluating outputs, classifications, claims, decisions and proposed actions.
TRUST · REVISE · REJECT
ORL returns an explicit operational result showing whether the work can advance, requires review or correction, or should be rejected.
It can be used independently or optionally integrated with other GBSN components.
